EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the property of 9700 Ventnor Avenue, Margate City, Atlantic County, New Jersey. In that regard, we are requesting all files pertaining to the property. In particular, files pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs)/oil tanks, chemical/oil spills, hazardous materials storage and use, monitoring wells, building/demolition permits, and land use records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
