This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at the property of 9411-9417 North Crescent Boulevard (Block 2002; Lot 17), Pennsauken Township, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files for the property pertaining to underground storage tanks, chemical/oil spills, environmental concerns, and building permits received/dated after August 30, 2021. Electronic copies are preferred if available.
