Dear Margate City,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the "Barbary Coast Marina" property located at 9401 Amherst Avenue (Block 528; Lot 2), Margate City, Atlantic County, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting all files for the property pertaining to fuel/oil tanks, fuel/oil spills and incident reports, construction permits, and surface water quality issues. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
