EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at 55 Newburgh Road (Block 30; Lot 2.01). In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. Especially, underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, building permits and ownership records.

Please be advised that our office located at 43 Schooley’s Mtn. Rd. in
Long Valley has a large file on that property. Your request, however, did
not include a specific identifiable record. If you know the record you are
looking for, please modify your request. If you are not certain, you may
view the file during our regular office hours to determine the document
that you need. Please call ahead to ensure there will be someone in the
office and not out on an inspection. You may modify your request (or
submit a new request) after your review.
Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm. I encourage
