Dear Maywood Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at 191 West Central Avenue (Block 122; Lot 15 and 16.01). In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. Especially, underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, building permits and ownership records.

found pertaining to environmental concerns. Also be advised that unlisted
