Dear Woodbine Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at 2051 Dennisville-Petersburg Road (Block 139; Lot 2). In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. Especially, underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, building permits and ownership records.

Valerie,

As per out discussion, I spoke with the Tax Assessor. The property was vacant land until 1997 at which time it became a bowling alley and has remained a bowling alley to date.

The Land Use Board Secretary is reviewing her files on the block and lot.
