Dear Newark City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access.

Records requested:
EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the properties of 846-856 South Orange Avenue, City of Newark, Essex County, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. In particular, files pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs)/oil tanks, chemical and oil spills, hazardous materials storage and use, monitoring wells, building and demolition permits, and ownership/land-use records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
