This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. .

Records requested:

EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the property of 7937 South Crescent Boulevard (Block 6401; Lot 4), Pennsauken Township, Camden County, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. In particular, files pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs)/oil tanks, chemical/oil spills, hazardous materials storage/waste, building/demolition permits, monitoring wells, and land use records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
