EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at 379 Coles Mill Road (Block 8301; Lot 6) and 117 Coles Mill Road (Block 8301; Lot 5, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16). In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. Especially, underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, building permits and ownership records.
