I show 4 issued permits pertaining to the site 11101 First Avenue, Block
111.02, Lots 49-62 and Block 112.02, Lots 26, 28-60.

They are for underground electric service, roof, elevator, and a
commercial kitchen exhaust hood.

Additionally I show 6 issued permits for miscellaneous minor work between
1992 and 1999 for Block 111.02 Lot 21 which appears to be the same site.

I show 3 issued permits for current construction on the same Block 111.02
Lot 21.

One for Demolition, one for temporary trailers, and one for the pilings.

I believe the permit you may be interested in is Permit 21-581 for the
recent demolition of the structure.

This original structure which was recently demolished under Permit 21-581
had a partial basement under the kitchen area with a 750 Gallon oil tank
which was removed prior to construction.

This office is currently waiting for the disposal documentation from
Alliance Environmental Systems, Inc., the contractor who removed this
tank.
