Records requested: building department permits associated with tank, drains, hydraulic lifts, or any violations; fire department incident reports or violations; regulatory notices (i.e. approval letters, NFA letters), environmental health records associated with drinking water, asbestos, or lead paint; and/or most recent soil, soil vapor, or groundwater investigation reports or remedial action reports

In response to your OPRA, attached please find copy of one permit we have
on file for gas dispensers at 925 Route 70 West.

We have no other record of permits re: tanks, drains lifts.

We have no record of any open construction code violations.

Please contact Evesham Township Fire Administration directly regarding
their records.

Please contact Burlington County Board of health regarding any
environmental health records.
