Dear Egg Harbor Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access.

Records requested:
EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the properties of 7044 & 7048 Black Horse Pike, Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic County, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. In particular, files pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs)/oil tanks, chemical/oil spills/incidents, hazardous materials use and storage, monitoring wells, potable wells/septic systems, building/demolition records, and ownership records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
