EnviroSure is completing a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the property of 6601 Ventnor Avenue (Block 123, Lot 1), Ventnor City, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting all files pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs)/oil tanks, chemical/oil spills and incident reports, hazardous materials storage/use, demolition and relevant building permits, and land-use records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
