This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at the property of 6601 Ventnor Avenue, Ventnor City, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files from 1900-Present particularly pertaining to underground storage tanks, chemical/oil spills and environmental concerns, and building permits/ownership records.
