This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access.
Records requested:
EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the property of 639 Route 9 (Block 142; Lot 1.03), Howell Township, Monmouth County, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. In particular, files pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs)/oil or gasoline tanks, monitoring well records, hazardous materials storage/use/disposal, chemical/oil spills, building/demolition permits, and land use records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
