EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at 8 (Block 2.06; Lot 3), 9 (Block 2.05; Lots 7 and 8), 10 (Block 2.06; Lot 4), 12 (Block 2.06; Lot 6) and 14 (Block 2.06; Lot 7) Stow Road. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the properties. Especially, underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, building permits and ownership records.

Per your OPRA request, attached please find a print out from our database showing all permits issued to 8, 9, 10, 12 and 14 Stow.
As you can see, we found no record of a permit for UST.
