This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at 1075 Bayshore Road (Block 125; Lot 1). In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. Especially, underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, building permits and ownership records.

In response to your OPRA request for information regarding 1075 Bayshore
Rd (Block 125, Lot 1), please see attachments provided by the Township
Assessor and Construction office that pertain to this request. Also be
advised that, after a diligent search and to the best of my knowledge,
there are no environmental records on file with the Township for the
subject property. Please feel free to contact me should you require any
additional information.
