Dear Califon Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access.

Records requested:

EnviroSure is conducting a Preliminary Assessment (PA) at the property of 452 County Road 513 (Rawco Precision Manufacturing; Block 4, Lot 8), Califon Borough, Hunterdon County, NJ. Thus, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. In particular, files pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs)/oil tanks, septic tanks/systems, monitoring wells and potable wells, chemical/oil spills and releases, chemical/hazardous substance storage and waste generation, building and demolition permits, and ownership/land use records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
