EnviroSure is completing a Phase I ESA at 450 North Laurel Street (Block 77, Lot 4 and Block 76, Lot 14) and 600 North Laurel Street (Block 77, Lot 7), and Block 77, Lot 5, and Block 77, Lot 6, Bridgeton, Cumberland County, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. Especially, underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, building permits and ownership records.

Sorry for the need to reach out again. We are reviewing our files for your request. We have quite a few documents in our DEP files for this property. Can you verify if you would want whatever records we have in these files? I only ask as some of the document are merely Wetland Permits and related items of that nature and not actual reports of any environmental concerns.
