EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the property of 40 Schoon Avenue, Hawthorne Borough, Passaic County, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. In particular, files pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs)/oil tanks, chemical/oil spills and releases, hazardous materials storage and use, monitoring wells, and building/demolition permits.
