Environmental Records - 39 1/2 Main Street, Bradley Beach

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
On behalf of the Borough of Bradley Beach, CME Associates is conducting a Preliminary Assessment/Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the Bradley Beach Recreation Center with the street address 39 1/2 Main Street Bradley Beach, NJ and/or 42 Main Street Bradley Beach, NJ. The property is designated as Block 82, Lot 5 and portions of lots 4 and 16. We are respectfully requesting all available records related to previous and current environmental conditions at the above referenced site. The intent of this request is to identify potential environmental concerns on the property. Examples of the types of files we are looking for are as follows:
- Previous environmental investigations, actions and/or reports (Health / Environmental Depts.);
- Current and previous ownership and use of the property (Tax Dept.);
- Historical operations, including information on buildings, wells, and/or septic systems (Bldg. / Planning / Engineering Depts.);
- Reports of any spills and/or discharges (Health / OEM Fire Depts.);
- Storage of hazardous substances, or fires (Health / OEM / Fire Depts.);
- Historical environmental permit applications (Health / Building / Environmental Depts.);
- Documentation of emergency response actions conducted at the site (Health / OEM / Fire Depts.);
- Underground or aboveground storage tanks (Health / Building / Planning Depts.)
- All open and closed construction permits, especially – but not limited to - any permits pertaining to underground or aboveground storage tanks, wells, and septic systems (Building / Code Enforcement Depts.)
- Site plans and/or development applications (Planning / Engineering Depts.)

Block 82, Lot5 is not the correct Block/Lot number for 42 Main Street.
Lots 4 & 16 are not in relation to 42 Main Street.
No such property exists for 39 1/2 Main Street.

address is the Recreation Center and the Borough is not in possession of
any such records being requested for that property. None of the block &
lot numbers listed in this request match either address for the properties
listed in this request.

Thank you for the information regarding the Rec Center at 39 1/2 Main Street.
It seems I've made a typo, my apologies. Block 82, Lot 4 is in relation to the address 49 Main Street Bradley Beach, NJ 07720. It appears Block 82, Lots 5 and 16 do not have an address associated to them other than 39 1/2 Main Street Bradley Beach, NJ 07720.
This determination was made in reference to the most recently available Borough of Bradley Beach Tax Maps and the NJ Department of Environmental Protection mapping database. Please let me know if this clarification brings any additional information forward.
