Dear Wildwood City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access.

EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the property of 315 East Oak Avenue, Wildwood City, Cape May County, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. Especially, underground storage tanks (USTs)/oil tanks, monitoring wells, chemical/oil spills, hazardous materials storage, building/demolition permits, and ownership/land use records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
