Dear Paterson City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access.

Records requested:

EnviroSure is conducting an environmental investigation at the property of 295-303 River Street (Block 3013; Lot 1), City of Paterson, Passaic County, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. In particular, files pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs)/oil tanks, chemical/oil/hazardous material spills, hazardous material storage/use/disposal, monitoring wells, building/demolition permits, and land-use records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
