EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the property of 275 Franklin Road ("Cape May Storage"), Lower Township, Cape May County, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting all files for the property pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs)/oil tanks, septic systems/wells, chemical/oil spills and incident reports, building/demolition permits, and land-use records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
