Dear Atlantic City,

EnviroSure is completing a Phase I ESA at 2322-2324 Arctic Avenue (Block 280, Lot 2 & 3), Atlantic City, Atlantic County, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. Especially, underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, building permits and ownership records.

Good morning:

 

Thank you for submitting your OPRA request.

Please be advised, the portion of the request for "all files pertaining to
the property" is improper and overbroad.

Furthermore, in order to search for records of “underground storage tanks,
environmental concerns, building permits and ownership records" a time
period is required.

(The departments searching for records need to know how far back to
search).

 

Kindly resubmit the request specifying the records sought set forth by a
time period.
