EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the property of 21 Cortlandt Street, Edison Township, Middlesex County, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. In particular, we are requesting access to records pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs), chemical/oil spills and storage, environmental concerns, building/demolition permits, and ownership records.
