This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the property of 2099 North Black Horse Pike, Monroe Township, Gloucester County, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property from 1900-Present. Specially, we are requesting files pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs), chemical/oil spills or releases, monitoring wells, building/demo/tank removal permits, and ownership records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
