EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the property of 1995 Ferry Avenue, City of Camden, Camden County, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. In particular, files from 1900-Present pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs), groundwater monitoring wells, chemical/oil spills and releases, environmental concerns, building permits, and deeds/titles and other property ownership records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
