EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the property of 1791 South Burlington Road (Block 2501; Lot 3.03), Upper Deerfield Township, Cumberland County, New Jersey. In that regard, we are requesting all files pertaining to the property. In particular, files pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs)/oil tanks, monitoring wells and septic systems, chemical/oil spills and incident reports, hazardous materials storage/use, building/demolition permits, and land-use records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
