Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the property of 1791 South Burlington Road (Block 2501; Lot 3.03), Upper Deerfield Township, Cumberland County, New Jersey. In that regard, we are requesting all files pertaining to the property. In particular, files pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs)/oil tanks, monitoring wells and septic systems, chemical/oil spills and incident reports, hazardous materials storage/use, building/demolition permits, and land-use records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.

The Fire Prevention Office does not have any outstanding violations of fees for this address.

The Construction office does not show any tank removal permits on file for this address. They are showing a permit for a sign, new roof and recent certificate of continued occupancy request.

Any environmental issues should also be directed to the Cumberland County Health Department.
