This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
EnviroSure is conducting an environmental investigation at the properties of 58 Union Street, 209 Schraalenburgh Road, 221 Schraalenburgh Road, 223 Schraalenburgh Road, and 247 Schraalenburgh Road (Block 302, Lots 1, 2, 3, & 4). In that regard, we are requesting a search of all records pertaining to underground/aboveground storage tanks and associated permits, environmental concerns, etc. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you!
