This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the Botto's Italian Sausage facility located at 159, 163, & 167 Kings Highway, East Greenwich Township, Gloucester County, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. Especially, files pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs)/oil tanks, chemical or oil spills/releases, monitoring wells, environmental concerns/issues, building/demolition permits, and ownership info. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
