Dear Warren Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access.

Records requested:

EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the property of 150 Liberty Corner Road (Block 11; Lot 4.02), Warren Township, Somerset County, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. In particular, files pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs)/oil tanks, septic systems/potable wells, chemical/oil spills, environmental concerns, building/demolition permits, and ownership/land-use records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
