Good morning,

Further clarification is needed prior to processing your OPRA Request. Per New Jersey State Statute, OPRA Requests must identify, with reasonable clarity, the documents being sought by the requestor. Submitting requests for "any and all" records is not considered a valid OPRA Request. Kindly identify time periods covered by records being requested, and the departments from which you wish to receive documentation. Once your clarification is received, the seven (7) business day timeline for processing your request will begin.

Thank you,

C. Danielle Nollett, RMC/CMR
