This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at the property of 13 State Street, Penns Grove, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting all files for the property from 1900-Present pertaining to underground storage tanks, chemical/oil spills, environmental concerns, and building permits pertaining to tank removals and demolitions. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
