Dear Paramus Borough Building Department,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access.

Records requested:
EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the property of 129 East Route 4 (Block 610; Lot 2), Paramus Borough, Bergen County, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. In particular, files pertaining underground storage tanks (USTs)/oil tanks, chemical/oil spills and incidents, hazardous materials storage/use, monitoring wells, building and demolition permits, and ownership records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
