EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at 70-72 Tanner Street (Block 118; Lot 3.02). In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. Especially, underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, building permits and ownership records.

Please find attached the list of permits issued through our Construction
Office for this property, as well as a copy of the property record card
from the Assessor's Office.
As for any environmental concerns, please note that from 2009 to-date
there are no records on file regarding hazardous spills at or near this
address. As you probably already know, you can also check the NJDEP site
at [1]https://www.state.nj.us/dep/srp/kcsnj/ to see if this address is
listed for as an Active, Pending or Closed Site for known contaminated
sites.
