EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at the property of 9426 3rd Avenue, Stone Harbor Borough, NJ. In that regard we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. In particular, files pertaining to underground storage tanks, environmental concerns and spills, building permits, and ownership records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
