Dear Mount Laurel Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
EnviroSure is conducting the Phase I ESA at 344 Texas Avenue (Block 1005; Lot 2). In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. Especially, underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, building permits and ownership records.

Per your OPRA request for 344 Texas Ave. Please be advised the Planning
Board has a file that can be viewed, Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00
pm. Unless there is something specific that you want a copy of, for
example approved site plan that I can scan and email to you. Please let
me know if you will be making an appointment so the file can be
available. This is from just the planning department you may hear from
other departments under a separate email.

Good Morning,
The Zoning Board of Adjustment has a file ZB#15-D-10 for 344 Texas Avenue.
The application is an application and approval to allow the commercial
business with a continued residential use and a preliminary and final site
plan and minor subdivision. The file does contain a phase 1 environmental
Site Assessment dated March 24, 2016. If you would like to view the file
it is here for you just let me know when you would like to come to the
township.

Monday April 11, 2022 around 11:00 am is no problem. When you come to the
township building just go to the Construction Department, first office on
the right, and let them know why you are there.
