Dear Mount Olive Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
EnviroSure is conducting a Preliminary Assessment at 450 Clark Drive (Block 102; Lot 12). In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. Especially, underground storage tanks and environmental concerns, such as permits, tanks, fire inspection related, environmental files and violations.
