Dear Lower Township,

I’m doing an Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at 3220 Bayshore Rd, Cape May, NJ 08204, and 3221 Bayshore Rd, Cape May, NJ 08204. I was wondering if you had any records pertaining to building, fire, or health department records such as certificates of occupancy, permits for the installation or removal of tanks, reported incidents of hazardous material releases, or other similar circumstances that could be of environmental concern at these properties?
