I am conducting an environmental due diligence on the above referenced property and seek all identifiable remedial, permitting, compliance, and enforcement records for this property. This includes documents regarding underground and/or aboveground storage tanks, wells, notices of violation, hazardous materials usage, storage or disposal, or land use restrictions associated with the property that the Department may have, such as, but not limited to: BUST, SRP, ISRA, RTK, AIR,
Solid Waste, Water Allocation and DLUR.
