I am conducting an environmental due diligence investigation (e.g. Environmental Phase I, performing a Preliminary Assessment) and seek access to spill notification reports, above ground or underground storage tank installations or removal records, right-to-know, environmental reports, illegal waste discharge notifications / reports, septic tank records, drinking water well records, environmental permits, and any environmental compliance and enforcement records for the subject property (i.e., environmental liens, etc.).
