Records requested: As part of environmental due diligence being performed on 100 Fairview Avenue (Block:50, Lots 2 & 2.01) We are seeking files pertaining to underground storage tank installations/removals, septic tank system installation/removals, environmental contamination and spills, VCP files, and hazardous waste documentation.
