J.S. Held, LLC was retained to perform an environmental investigation of the property located at 60 Roseland Avenue (Block 56, Lot 8), Caldwell, Essex County, New Jersey. The purpose of this letter is to request any information which may be in your files in connection with the subject property. Please review your files for any of the following:

Records requested:
*Environmental or Health related violations, incidents, complaints, etc.
*Community Right to Know (RTK) Information
*Underground Storage Tanks (UST) registration records, installation/removal permits, etc.
*Hazardous substance (including petroleum) inventories, discharges, leaks, spills, etc.
*Monitoring well, portable well, or other well installation records
*Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) or ECRA correspondence
*Groundwater contamination reports, including Classification Exception Areas (CEAs)
*Declaration of Environmental Restrictions (DERs)
