BBG is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment on the property associated with the following address:

23 North Warwick Road
Lawnside, Camden County, NJ 08045

BBG would like to request records associated with the property which may include any previous environmental conditions (hazardous waste, petroleum spills, etc.), emergency or fire concerns in relation to the property. Specific records we are looking for include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Emergency responses related to hazardous waste cleanup (non-medical emergencies).
• Inspection reports.
• Reports of groundwater or soil contamination.
• Complaints from the public.
• Fire Records
• Discharges associated with this site address.
