Dear Voorhees Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at 1010 Old Egg Harbor Road (Block 434; Lot 200.7). In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. Especially, underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, building permits and ownership records.

I would have to assign the request to the planning office for her to review, but that isn't an OPRA request. The person who does this in our township is not in the office and is working from home. She could only see what is scanned electronically, which may not be all documents. You should call the planning office to make an appoint to come in and look at the file. Their number is 856-429-0647.
