Dear Downe Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at 2099 Dragson Road (Block 35; Lots 7, 8 and 9 and Block 36; Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18 and 23). In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. Especially, underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, construction permits and ownership records.
