Langan is currently conducting an Update Phase I Environmental Assessment of the property located at 555 MacArthur Boulevard in Mahwah, New Jersey, 07430. The property comprises Block 135; Lot 61.02. Please consider this a formal OPRA request for general records concerning the above-mentioned property.

Environmental records sought include records pertaining to any past environmental remediation, environmental action outcomes, solid and hazardous waste information, land use information, permits concerning water quality and pesticide use at the property, chemical spills, underground storage tanks (USTs) or aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) registration, monitoring wells registration, ground water sampling data, asbestos abatement, radon, hazardous materials, and any other documents that your department may have regarding the above-referenced property (e.g. Pollution Prevention/Community Right-to-Know Reports from building inception to 2019, building permits, construction permits etc.)
