Dear Mr. McGorry- Please be advised that I have been asked to respond to
your  OPRA request for the names and addresses of the most recent Chief’s
test. Please be advised that the Monmouth County Chief’s Association is
not a governmental agency nor any part of a governmental agency.
Consequently OPRA does not apply to the Monmouth County Chief’s
Association. We decline your request and suggest you proceed elsewhere
should you wish to acquire any records. Thank you.
