Thank you for this. However, I do not see the attachments that the meetings show for several meetings. In addition, the meeting notes from 1/7, 3/5, 4/2 are incomplete.

Per my request, I asked for ALL meeting notes and any attachments/resolutions that support the meeting notes.

Finally, is there any documentation on the vote totals for the budget for this year?

As it has been a week since my response to your information, I am following up on this request.

Please provide promptly or forward onto Attorney Youssouf to provide ASAP as per my request, I asked for ALL meeting notes and any attachments/resolutions that support the meeting notes. This requirement is in compliance with the NJ OPRA law.

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews for the Englishtown Fire District #1 Board of Commissioners.

I am writing to request an internal review of Englishtown Borough's handling of my OPRA request 'Englishtown Fire Distrct Minutes'. Please forward this onto the person(s) who are responsible for addressing OPRA disputes for the Englishtown Fire District #1 (up to and including the Fire District Attorney, Mr. Youssouf).

In the month since this follow-up has been made, you have failed to acknowledge request for additional information nor clarifying questions nor requested an extension to reply. Therefore, you are not complying with the NJ OPRA regulations.
